           A Little About our Founder & Managing Director.

Mr. Gaurav Sharma , A commerce Graduate , After completing his studies  in 2003 , Joined his Father’s Company , Amritsar Ivory Works as an Accounts Manager and started assisting in  all business affairs of the company and also gained a good knowledge of designing and making wooden chess products from his Father, Late. Sh. Rajesh Sharma who brought the revolution in designing and making wooden chess products and made Amritsar Ivory works a top most chess company of the World.

After Few years, Father Sh. Rajesh Sharma got stuck in life threatening disease and Gave the responsibility of contacting and meeting customers on the shoulders of his son and in 2008, He started involving himself actively in all business affairs of the company and also introduced many new customers and enhanced the working capabilities of his Father’s company. In 2013, He managed to design and manufacture chess products independently and started supplying to all his buyers with his expertise and confidence.  Due to some family reasons & health deterioration of Sh. Rajesh Sharma, Amritsar Ivory works had to be closed down, Gaurav Sharma has decided to open his new company for all his associates and distributors AND

                       Amritsar Chess company came into force.
